After graduating from Chico State with a degree in Studio Art, my first job out of school was as a makeup artist for CHANEL cosmetics. While learning on the job with Chanel, I also attended makeup school to solidify my technique, learn airbrushing, and become a certified artist. I worked as a full time freelance artist in Los Angeles for over five years, and had the adventures of working on a fascinating PBS series, hectic award shows, photoshoots on beachy cliffsides, and the earliest of early KTLA morning show. Not to mention- countless weddings!!
I now live in Santa Barbara with my fiance and two sweet cats, painting watercolors in my spare time. I’m available for on-location services including photo shoots, television/film, head shots, corporate events, bridal makeup and special events in Santa Barabra, LA, and across southern California.
